The Opportunity

Reporting to the Regional Financial Controller, The Financial Controller will undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as compliance with Group internal control policies and procedures. Controller responsibilities will also include financial risk management.

They support the Plant Manager as a trusted business partner within the Factory Leadership Teams (vision, organization, practices, initiatives/projects ) on a day to day basis as well as on a long term strategic view. You will provide visibility around costs related to the plant processes through the driving of relevant analysis and reporting (monitoring/updating of the forecast and controlling spend to ensure savings targets are achieved), as well as to ensure adherence to financial legal requirements and Rotork Accounting Standards.

Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent finance focused subject
• Minimum 5+ years accounting or finance experience.
• Manufacturing Industry experience
• Hold a professional finance qualification (CMA or CPA preferred)
• Leadership experience
• Experience in applying Lean and Continuous Improvement principles
• MS Office (Power Query / Power BI experience sought) and used several ERP systems. Familiar with financial consolidation tools (SAP BPC, Hyperion).
• Experience in managing the finance processes of changing an ERP system would be beneficial
