The Opportunity

Major Operational KPI’s must be met and reported within the local plant and wider Rotork Group. Involvement in Rotork business meetings and presentation of best practice is required. Other executive management responsibilities include: yearly and quarterly budget planning, capital budgeting, salary planning, payment approvals and other ad-hoc activities.

• Ensure employees adhere to inventory processes. Support efforts to ensure inventory accuracy. Work to drive controls and adaption costs to the lowest possible levels within our prescribed standards. Ensure that parts, materials and supplies are ordered and delivered in a timely manner to enable on-time customer deliveries
• Through team leadership, delegate responsibility and appropriate authority, implement, coordinate, and expedite manufacturing operation schedules in coordination with the joint efforts of Engineering, Production Control, Purchasing, Customer Service, etc. The Plant Manager will work closely with the Quality and HSE team in order to complete initiatives and maintain compliance with all regulatory agency requirements

Required Qualifications & Technical Knowledge:
