This is an exciting opportunity to deliver innovative enhancements to existing products, developing market leading fit for purpose solutions to our global customers across various industries.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Product Improvement Team Leader, you will be working as part of a large team dedicated to product improvement within the Engineering department, collaborating with operations and support teams on all technical aspects and bill of materials management.

In this role you will become the local engineering lead for a whole product range, responsible to the contribution of design reviews ensuring that Rotork designs and solutions comply with specifications and relevant standards, develop and provide cost estimates in collaboration with all business disciplines, develop and execute functional and non-functional test specifications to ensure compliance.

Experience Requirements

• Have experience of working on new feature requests and product enhancements

• Cross discipline understanding of both mechanical and electronic engineering concepts
• 机械，机电，产品设计或工业工程或同等体验的学士学位或HND

The Successful Candidate

• Has a solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices
• Can effectively communicate technical information with a non-technical audience when required
• Adapts style to contribute and enhance overall team performance
